What payment methods does CyberInsurify accept?
We accept payment by credit/debit, and accept all major brands. Our India customers also have the option of paying by Direct Debit.
Do your prices include VAT/sales/GST tax?
For customers in India GST @18 % will be charged. For customers outside the will also be charged GST @18 %.
In which countries can I use CyberInsurify?
Because CyberInsurify is web-based, you can access it from anywhere in the world, provided you have internet access. Therefore, there are no geographical limits although CyberInsurify is currently in English language.
Do you have an uptime guarantee?
Yes, we have a proven uptime of 99.99%. If we do need to perform maintenance, we will notify you in advance to minimise any disruption.
Is our data backed up?
Yes, we maintain multiple backups and our platform operates with a high level of redundancy to minimise risk to your business.
Do we need our own servers?
No, you do not need your own servers. We handle all that for you! CyberInsurify is a fully hosted application, so there is no need for expensive hardware. In fact, all you need is an internet connection and a modern web browser.
Do we own our data?
Yes, you own your Data. And your data is safely stored in our platform, but you retain ownership of it at all times. If you do require a copy, we will be happy to provide this.
Who can access our data?
We have strict access control policies to ensure your data is protected. You can specify detailed privileges for every user on your account.
Is CyberInsurify GDPR Compliant?
Yes, CyberInsurify will be fully GDPR compliant by the enforcement date on 2nd September 2018.
Where is CyberInsurify hosted?
We use industry-leading data centres of Amazon, who operate to PCI-compliant standards.
